This panel looks at a growing investor base of family offices. Families have long been investors to PE as limited partners but some families evolve from an investor in funds to a co-investor in deals to leading deals with their own capital. We will talk about this evolution and the collective wisdom of this panel all with extensive experience around these investments. No two families are the same but collectively this group will draw a profile of what a direct family office investor looks for, the issues and terms that are important to them, and the differences in working with a family office investor vs a PE fund investor.
